1. Introduction

Welcome to EventsNPeeps, a social events and community platform operated by Thirty Seven Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EventsNPeeps website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

EventsNPeeps is a platform that enables users to create user profiles, discover social events, create and join groups, organize events, upload event photos, and communicate with other users.

The platform may offer different membership tiers, including free and paid subscriptions that provide additional features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Platform Role and Event Disclaimer

EventsNPeeps is a technology platform that enables users to organize and attend events. Thirty Seven Labs Inc. does not organize, host, manage, or supervise events listed on the platform.

Event organizers and participants are solely responsible for planning events, complying with laws, ensuring safety, and their own conduct. By attending or organizing events through the platform, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to harass or harm other users, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or offensive content, attempt unauthorized access to the platform, or use the Service for illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Content Removal and Enforcement

Thirty Seven Labs Inc. and EventsNPeeps reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, disable access to, or restrict any User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including alleged violations of law, intellectual property claims, safety concerns, fraud, harassment, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, or violations of these Terms.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or otherwise engage in prohibited conduct. We may preserve or disclose User Content and account information if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, governmental requests, enforce these Terms, investigate violations, detect fraud or security issues, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others.

8. User Content

The Service may allow users to upload, submit, post, transmit, display, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to photos, profile information, event descriptions, comments, messages, reviews, group discussions, and other materials (“User Content”).

Users retain ownership of their User Content. However, by submitting or posting User Content through the Service, you grant Thirty Seven Labs Inc. and EventsNPeeps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, and use such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit, your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights, and your User Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. Thirty Seven Labs Inc. does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or authenticity of User Content.

9. Paid Memberships

Some features of the Service may require paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription you agree that payments may automatically renew, fees may change with prior notice, and refunds may be limited unless required by law. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and design elements are owned by Thirty Seven Labs Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.

11. DMCA Notice and Copyright Policy

Thirty Seven Labs Inc. and EventsNPeeps respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), including 17 U.S.C. §512.

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:

A valid DMCA notice must include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, contact information, a good faith statement, a penalty of perjury statement, and a physical or electronic signature.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or if continued access poses legal or security risks. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirty Seven Labs Inc. shall not be liable for user interactions, user conduct, disputes between users, injuries occurring at events, user-generated content, platform interruptions, defamation, copyright infringement by users, events organized by users, reliance on information posted by users, or unauthorized access to user content. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Thirty Seven Labs Inc. does not conduct background checks, identity verification, or screening of users unless explicitly stated otherwise.

14. Platform Status; Communications Decency Act

EventsNPeeps is an interactive computer service provider under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. §230. Users are solely responsible for content they upload, post, share, or transmit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thirty Seven Labs Inc. shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of User Content.

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thirty Seven Labs Inc., EventsNPeeps, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
